Here is my update 7 months in. Between the last two photos there is a mere 2kg (5lb) difference but I can see that my body shape has still changed quite dramatically. My arms are slimmer,  my boobs and stomach have shrunk, my butt is perkier and my legs are more shapely.
This past two month period I have focussed more on EATING MORE, MOVING LESS. I had hit a plateau as for too long I had been running my body on too little fuel and demanding more and more of it exercise wise. I have upped my calorie intake to 2000+ calories and stripped back a lot of cardio from my workouts and the scales have started moving again.
I cannot overstate the importance of eating enough and really making your workouts about building your body rather than burning off a million calories! I lift heavy at least 5 times a week and do minimal amounts of cardio doing things I find fun - boxing classes or sprints.
You don’t need to always eat less and move more to lose weight. It’s far more important to eat enough and move right and it’s much more fun!
